Rich, chewy, and full of flavor — these cookies are made with brown butter and fermented overnight using sourdough discard for 18+ hours. Each bite is packed with melty chocolate chunks and topped with flaky sea salt for the perfect finish.

 

Don’t worry — they’re not sour! The sourdough discard simply adds depth, moisture, and a subtle complexity (plus a nutritional boost).

 

- Store in an airtight container at room temp for 3–4 days
