I've always loved baking, mostly sweets, my whole life - but it wasn't until 2023 that I attempted making my own bread. I never imagined it could be so simple & delicious! 

Over the past few years, I’ve learned a lot about our food industry, which sparked my interest in sourdough specifically. In January 2024, I made my own sourdough starter, and it quickly became a true passion of mine.

The best part is that sourdough is so much more than just a loaf of bread. It can be incorporated into just about any baked good (I know, it sounds crazy), but once you try it, you’ll never go back!
