I'm Grace

I’ve always loved baking, mostly sweets, my whole life. But, it wasn’t until 2023 that I attempted making my own bread. I never imagined it could be so simple and so delicious!

Over the past few years, I’ve learned a lot about our food industry, which sparked my interest in sourdough specifically. In January 2024, I made my own sourdough starter, and it quickly became a true passion of mine.

The best part is that sourdough is so much more than just a loaf of bread. It can be incorporated into just about any baked good (I know, it sounds crazy), but once you try it, you’ll never go back! Plus, because it’s naturally fermented, sourdough offers benefits beyond flavor alone, with many people finding true sourdough products to be more digestible than conventional bread.

I’m always experimenting with new recipes, but I currently offer a variety of sourdough breads, bagels, and baked goods. What truly brings me joy is being able to share this love of sourdough with my community — baking wholesome, thoughtfully made foods that are meant to be enjoyed together!
