Whole Wheat Sourdough

A hearty, naturally leavened loaf made with 50% bread flour and 50% whole wheat. It blends the tangy flavor of sourdough with the rich, nutty depth of whole wheat. Fermented for 24 hours for full flavor and better digestion.
